Next stop...the ER

Aaron decided that he had so much fun learning about ambulances that next he wanted to learn about the ER. Except this time he went for a more hands on approach. Apparently, in the race to get to the bathtub first he somehow fell and hit his head on the toliet. Whatever he hit, he hit it hard because it made an inch-long gash beside his eye. Before journeying to the wonderful world of waiting at the ER, we took him to a doctor friend who then told us to take him in. Aaron was such a trooper about the whole experience. However, I think we all breathed a sigh of relief when the doctor decided to glue the wound shut instead of using the needle and thread. Besides the cut, Aaron ended up with a black eye as well. It's interesting to me-not to mention humerous-that boys can think they're cool just because of a cut and a black eye.
